360WorldGuide is changing the contract policy and will now include all clients under our high volume contract terms. As of today all clients will benefit from one single contract with reduced prices on all services.

Instead of spending time on negotiations and endless project meetings we have decided to simplify everything for us and our clients and use one single contract intead of individual contracts.

This change will enable all clients to benefit from our large volume production prices normally only available to very large global accounts such as Hilton and other hotel chains.

The reason for this change is the launch of our updated 360CityGuide project. In this project we will have photographers at many locations all over the world on a regular basis and any company can order a production at all inclusive fixed prices.

The only limitation is that we need a minimum of 5 productions that can be coordinated at the same time before we send a photographer or a team of photographers.

Over 40 Hilton properties have now ordered our service to convert our tours on the Hilton brand websites to the Expedia format. The Hilton properties in Japan are the latest to be published on Expedia, Hilton Tokyo, Hilton Osaka and Hilton Nagoya.

To convert already produced tours for the Expedia website is very cost efficient and a fast Return on Investment is expected as tours on a hotel booking website generate a considerable increase in new room reservations.

Many already produced Hilton properties request our tours to be converted to the Expedia format. On the Hilton website our tours are QuickTime based but Expedia demand cylindrical projection for tours.

We take care of the entire procedure and project management needed to convert and deliver the correct format to Expedia. The hotels don't have to do anything at all as our converted tours already are quality screened by Expedia.

Release of the new 360Show Format. The 360Show CD application format has been a great success with over 100 productions sold. Initially this CD production was intended for offline use for computers, CD or usb memory sticks. The last year we have noted that our webhosting service 360Download have been increasingly appreciated by our clients and they create links to their 360Show presentation and also to specific individual 360-images on the presentation and send these links via email to clients and partners. The service in not only used for download and the capability to create their own links is now more important.

To make this even better we have decided to include the low resolution version of the 360-images, integrated in the new design, on the Enhanced Edition version at no extra charge. Previously the low resolution version was available as a separate production for online use at a cost, 50% of the initial cost of the production, but now it is integrated in the Enhanced Edition at no extra cost.
We have decided to start using this format for all our online webhosted services such as 360CityGuide, 360Map and on all contract we have with city tourist & convention organizations.

360Show has a new design format. 30 CD productions in the 360Show formats have now been produced and a new standardized design is now introduced. It is now also possible to add extra language text as requested by many hotels and museums. It is also possible to add a map if several properties are sharing a production.

The 360Show format is highly standardized to make it possible to keep a reasonable price and avoid making a project simply to discuss design and format. With the 360Show format it is easy to make a purchase decision as the design is set and the price is fixed.

The 360Show is available in 2 editions, Basic Edition and Enhanced Edition and can be used online as well as offline. Can be downloaded to unlimited number of computers and can be copied to CD or usb memory sticks. This is a perfect gift to major clients and partners.

Conrad Rangali Island Maldives Hotel is the first Conrad property to be produced by 360WorldGuide, with 360-images, as part of the Hilton contract.

Conrad is part of the Hilton family of luxury brands.

A resort such as the Conrad Maldives is quite different from a photography aspect compared with a business hotel. This property is spread over 2 private islands with long distance between each room to produce. The resort is also far away from the capital city and a seaplane is the only practical way of transportation. A business hotel can be produced during 2 days while resorts usually require 4-6 days production time at location.

Change of ownership at 360WorldGuide. The company started up 1999 founded by Niclas Johansson and Bill Blakeus with 50% each of the company chares. On December 1, 2006 Bill Blakeus acquired all company shares and is now the sole owner of the company.

360WorldGuide has developed a unique business model and production methodology based on the photography of 360-images. The key component of the success has been the project management approach to photography designed to cater for large volume contracts and the need for global businesses and organizations to simplify the process of acquiring photography services with a standardized look & feel and easy to understand legal terms.

A large part of all contracts are designed to be able to coordinate with each other, such as the contracts with Hilton, Scandic, First Hotels and tourist & convention organizations via European Cities Tourism and BestCities. For their members this brings many benefits including very low prises due to high volume contracts but also the benefit of using the 360-images on several websites at one cost, such as their own corporate website, the city official website and also on the 360CityGuide website.

360WorldGuide also have created a number of standardized applications and platforms such as the 360Show CD production, 360PostCard, 360Map and 360CityGuide. 360ImageBank is a database with thousands of 360-images from all over the world available for website owners who wish to spice up their website with already made 360-images.

360WorldGuide has been awarded the contract to produce 360-images, virtual tours, as well as digital still images for the Hilton International website.

Hilton International has been looking for a way to acquire 360-images and digital images for their website projects for several years. The problem has been to find suitable photographers at the location of their properties. The issues have been contractual and the difficulty to manage a photography project with over 450 properties all over the world. To use local photographer would require massive project management resources and a great challenge to enlist local photographers for a relative small number of properties each. The legal issues would be complex with international immaterial law rights and a very detailed photo brief would be needed to communicate a specific look & feel for all images.

The 360WorldGuide approach to use one single contract including full project management is an easier way forward and this capability has now been tested with several trials during the last 6 months and the contract has now been signed on May 5, 2005.

360WorldGuide has been awarded a contract with Wonderful Copenhagen to produce 360-images for the official city website, www.visitcopenhagen.com. Wonderful Copenhagen is the official tourist and convention bureau in Copenhagen.
360WorldGuide is producing interactive content for the website. The contract is a full service contract and cover project management, production of the 360-images as well as webhosting of the 360-images on 360WorldGuide servers.

The contract is part of the ECT (European Cities Tourism) contract covering over 100 cities tourist & convention organizations.

The 360-images for hotels are highlighted under the hotel reservation and distribution system Citybreak™ used by Wonderful Copenhagen. The system has already been prepared to "automatically" load the links from 360WorldGuide and marketing staff at Wonderful Copenhagen don't have to do anything as everything is managed by 360WorldGuide project management.

The contract also covers production of 360-images from city attractions as well as museums and restaurants.

The main benefit with the contract is to acquire 360-images from one single production partner, with a standardized look & feel and also to avoid any potential legal problem regarding immaterial legal rights. The prices are based on a very large volume contract with 1/3 of the standard normal cost in order to make it possible for even the smallest hotel or museum to be highlighted with 360-images.
